Model Co Cosmetics Blush
Sheer pressed powder in Peach Bellini. Wouldn’t call it sheer at all on my abnormally pale skin, but with that said it’s amazingly pigmented with the right amount of shimmer to highlight your natural features. Blends like a dream & easy to tone down with a lighter hand or buffing away with a clean brush.
Manna Kadar Cosmetics Fantasy 3-1 Eyeshadow
Similar to the ModelCo Blush, but in a soft golden color that would look great on lots of skin tones. Blends super easily, I’ve so far liked using it as an all over lid color bye itself or with a neutral smokey eye look.
F.U.N Lacquer in TGIF
Beautiful golden with different sized almost holographic glitter to give it fun texture. I used it over Heavenly by Kokie Cosmetics from my October glam bag. Currently trying to find a way to swatch without my own hands~
Sally’s Box AcaiBerry & Aloe Loverecipe Masks
Korean sheet masks from a company that cherishes hydration above all, these two masks loaded especially with HAs. Cutest packaging, too. Unfortunately these break me out, past experience from a bag a few months ago. They’ll be going to either my mom or sister, but that’s kind of a cool side effect of Ipsy sometimes.
SLMissGlam L34 Blending Brush
This was my absolute favorite part of my glam bag this month. Perfect, SOFT, synthetic bristle blending brush for all of my blending needs. Adorned with gems for some extra class on top of the purple ombré. I’m pretty much obsessed, & have I mentioned how SOFT it is? No scratchy or rogue bristles poking. No shedding in the few times I’ve used to, will update after I wash my brushes.
Wrapping Up & Subscription Anniversary
So, this month, if I’m not mistaken, was all 5 full sized items. The first blush alone is worth far more than the $10 bag itself, so while the entire bag didn’t necessarily suit my style still I’m very pleased. (I could tally up the prices of everything but unless there’s an interest shown I won’t for now.) This bag marks my 1 year subscription anniversary to Ipsy & I’m honestly still excited every month. It’s not perfect but I do think the beauty quiz & reviewing products is where it’s at.
* Sorry for the varying colors & quality in the photos, finding that taking consistent photos on my phone is quite a challenge. I’m learning, though! It’s fun & all part of the process. I’m also, like, super open to any constructive criticism.
